Jennifer was diagnosed with osteosarcoma at age six. Despite the limitations, she found her way back through sport – as a Paralympic rower. Today she works as a radiologist and advocates for exercise therapy for cancer patients to be covered by health insurance.

Paul Zipser was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2021. After surgery and rehabilitation, he fought his way back to professional basketball. Antje was diagnosed with lymph node cancer in 2010. During chemotherapy and radiation, she lost much of her physical capacity. In the interview, she talks about the lack of specialized knowledge among doctors and coaches regarding sport during cancer therapy – and how she still managed to become European Champion in the 3000m steeplechase in 2014.
